The first consultation will generally take at least an hour. Carole will take detailed notes looking at your medical, emotional and lifestyle history whilst testing your heart rate variability.

Physical examinations such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, body composition and palpation of any areas that need examining will be performed.
The consultation and tests allow Carole to begin to build a picture of you as a unique person. Your journey to wellness is a matter of teamwork with you, Carole and the prescribed treatment all working together to restore your body to health. Treatment includes an individualized diet, lifestyle advice, nutritional supplementation as well as herbal medicine.

If required and time permits (Soho & Kensington) you will be taken shopping in the Whole Foods store for advice on some of the products recommended.
The second appointment may follow in two weeks, subsequent ones occurring monthly, these are generally 45 minutes - this is dependant on you as the patient and the illness concerned.
If you wish live blood analysis to be performed at your first appointment you will need to book a 90 minute Initial appointment.
